If you’re ready to help scale a growing instrument services business with a trusted industry leader, this role is for you.

Leverage your existing network to generate leads, build trust, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Manage CRM activity using company SOPs — research prospects, track opportunities, record closed business, and maintain accurate notes.
Build a strong referral network via cold outreach, B2B strategies, conferences, and relationship-driven business development.
Cultivate strong relationships with current clients, partners, and internal teams through proactive, transparent communication.
Deliver persuasive presentations, sales pitches, product updates, and data-driven reports.
Attend team meetings and facilitate communication between customers and technical staff.
Work with internal teams to create accurate Statements of Work and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Negotiate service agreements and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Travel to client sites and conferences as needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
7+ years of proven success selling instrument service plans to CROs, pharma, or large reference labs.
Experience in clinical laboratory or toxicology markets is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with key laboratory instruments, especially:

LC-MS: Shimadzu Prominence/Nexera (LC), Agilent 6400 series, Sciex Triple Quadrupoles & QTRAP
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline, understand complex service offerings, and maintain meticulous organization.
Customer-first mindset, problem-solving ability, and confidence handling multiple priorities.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
Positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
