Quality Inspector
Location: Charlotte, NC
Overview:
Are you a seasoned professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence, and we are looking for someone with extensive experience in metrology and inspection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise inspections using advanced metrology techniques and measurement systems.
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform accurate assessments.
- Utilize optical gauging and other precision measuring instruments effectively.
- Identify and resolve quality issues through effective problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Apply CNC milling knowledge to enhance inspection processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality inspection, metrology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in CMM programming and operation.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
