Your Impact

On our 2nd Shift , you’ll keep production moving by maintaining and restoring complex equipment. From PLC logic to hydraulics, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring uptime, safety, and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Execute preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC/HMI control issues.
• Program, modify, and diagnose PLC systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) to drive productivity.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, drawings, and work orders to plan and perform service.
• Use precision tools and gauges to verify and adjust component dimensions.
• Assemble, install, align, calibrate, rebuild, and replace equipment and components as needed.
• Champion plant safety; contribute to housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean initiatives.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior maintenance teammates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Typically 2–3 years relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Certifications and/or an associate degree in a related field are a plus.
• Preferred: 3+ years with PLC/HMI configuration and programming; control circuit analysis, design, and troubleshooting; software/hardware diagnostics; high-voltage electrical maintenance; and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair.

Skills That Set You Up for Success

• Hands-on proficiency with hand/power/specialty tools and diagnostic gear.
• Working knowledge of automated industrial machinery and electro-hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and follow work orders.
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Confidence disassembling/reassembling and troubleshooting production equipment with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $30.02 - $30.02 . Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $30.02 to $30.02 . Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
