Lube Tech
We are looking for an Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! This role will focus on performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits * Competitive Pay * Flexible Working Hours * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off & Sick Leave * 401(K) Retirement Plan Responsibilities * Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards * Test and inspect vehicle systems and components to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards * Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform required repairs * Conduct regular maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks * Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs * Repair or replace worn parts and systems to prevent breakdowns * Operate power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other specialized service tools * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies Requirements * Ford Certification preferred * Previous experience as an automotive service technician (1+ year in a dealership or service department) * Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail * Ability to identify vehicle issues quickly and accurately * Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes * Effective communication and problem-solving abilities * High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Proficiency with computers and diagnostic software * Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellent customer service We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
