What You'll Do

• Lead all culinary operations across the Inn, including dining outlets, private events, and special programs

• Develop and execute seasonal, inspired menus that align with the Inn's luxury brand and regional identity

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team; build culture, accountability, and pride

• Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation at the highest standards

• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and budgeting with a sharp operational lens

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership to continuously elevate the guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, inn, or upscale restaurant

• Strong leadership presence-calm under pressure, decisive, and people-first

• Deep understanding of classic techniques with a modern, refined approach

• Experience managing budgets, food cost controls, and labor efficiency

• Passion for mentoring teams and building sustainable kitchen operations

• Flexibility to meet the demands of a seasonal, guest-driven environment
