We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Wendell, North Carolina.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure operational excellence, and work with advanced manufacturing equipment in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and committed to continuous improvement, helping drive both team success and high-quality production outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant working environment for all production operations.
• Oversee and maintain plant security, including equipment and facility checks.
• Plan, implement, and manage equipment and facility maintenance programs and improvements.
• Support production operations, including overnight activities such as plasma cleaning, soldering, and other production-related tasks as required.
• Conduct inspections and audits related to safety, emergency preparedness, 6S, and inventory/supplies.
• Provide operational support as needed to ensure seamless daily startup and production continuity.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality and operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance roles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on technical skills.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of EHS standards preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
