Manager, Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Wendell, North Carolina.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure operational excellence, and work with advanced manufacturing equipment in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and committed to continuous improvement, helping drive both team success and high-quality production outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant working environment for all production operations.
- Oversee and maintain plant security, including equipment and facility checks.
- Plan, implement, and manage equipment and facility maintenance programs and improvements.
- Support production operations, including overnight activities such as plasma cleaning, soldering, and other production-related tasks as required.
- Conduct inspections and audits related to safety, emergency preparedness, 6S, and inventory/supplies.
- Provide operational support as needed to ensure seamless daily startup and production continuity.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality and operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certificate preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on technical skills.
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of EHS standards preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
