As a **Security Officer - Telecom Patrol Full-Time** in **Charlotte, NC** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media location. Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential issues.
+ Document and report any irregularities, property damage, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
+ Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as part of a customer-focused approach.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns specific to a technology and media environment.
+ Maintain awareness of surroundings and promptly communicate any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
