CoStar Application Report Developer

- This role involves providing technical expertise to develop reports in a CoStar.
- Key responsibilities include implementation of report suite, developing customized reports for specific business needs, updating reports as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CoStar
- Create or setup new transaction types within the application.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills: Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting, development, application setup
- IT knowledge: Experience in troubleshooting application issues
- Analytical skills: Ability to create and manage reports to track transactions.
- Documentation skills: Experience in drafting SOPs for new processes and report management.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in transaction setup and reporting.
