We are seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative and highly respected anesthesia team in beautiful New Bern, NC — where riverside living, boating, historic downtown charm, and coastal recreation meet in an outstanding practice environment.

Position Highlights

Enjoy a diverse and complex case mix including Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Electrophysiology (EP), Endoscopy, and additional specialty procedures that provide both variety and professional growth.

Advanced Clinical Opportunities

1. TEE experience or training preferred (TEE training course can be arranged if needed)
2. Regional anesthesia experience required

Schedule & Call

1. First cases begin at approximately 7:15–7:30 AM
2. “Waterfall” scheduling model
3. Practice time-shared between Main OR and ASC
4. Night float week call structure
5. House call with 15-minute callback time

Team Structure

1. 9 Anesthesiologists (FTEs)
2. 22 CRNAs
3. Care Model
4. 4:1 Medical Direction model

Compensation & Benefits

1. $550,000 2-year guaranteed salary
2. $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
