You will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and streamline workflows. Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Monitor project progress and generate status reports for key stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring it is accurate and accessible.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management support.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
