Compliance Administrator - Remote | WFH

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST or 11 AM - 8 PM EST (Some mandatory overtime, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays, may be required to meet deadlines.)

### Position Overview:
As a Remote Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all campuses and personnel adhere to federal, state, and accrediting body regulations, as well as internal policies. Your work will focus on conducting internal operational audits—primarily during enrollment and career placement processes—and providing recommendations to strengthen compliance.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about maintaining ethical and regulatory standards in higher education.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Audits & Documentation:
- Review enrollment and career placement documentation to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body regulations.
- Conduct file reviews and assist with regulatory audits throughout the year.

- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with Admissions and Career Services teams to reinforce compliance policies and create a smooth student journey.
- Support school leadership in preparing for accrediting or regulatory body site visits.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce in collaboration with the Compliance Specialist - Student Records.

- Continuous Improvement & Training:
- Participate in a Secret Shopper program to evaluate and maintain compliance consistency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards by attending webinars, conferences, and workshops provided by the Department of Education, Department of Veteran Affairs, and accrediting bodies.

### Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in higher education compliance, admissions, or career services is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

### Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to observe and assess areas for improvement within the workplace.
- May need to move around an office environment and lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Requires strong cognitive function to analyze and navigate complex regulatory requirements.
