The RN Supervisor at Ashlen Staffing Solutions plays a crucial role in ensuring comprehensive assessment, evaluation, and ongoing supervision of our home health client care and field staff. This position demands meticulous documentation and exceptional leadership in overseeing nursing staff within client homes.
Location :
Guilford County (Home Office in Greensboro)
Pay:
- $35 per hour (Negotiable)
- Weekly Pay
- W2- Contract Employee
- New Grads Are Welcome
Core Responsibilities:
I. Client Management:
- Perform detailed assessments of client needs, integrating medical, physical, social, financial, and environmental data.
- Develop and implement client service plans based on assessments, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Conduct regular visits to monitor and assess the effectiveness, progress, and satisfaction with services.
- Facilitate seamless care coordination with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care.
II. Employee Management:
- Ensure staff competency through regular training, evaluations, and performance appraisals.
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to home care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
III. Service Management and Community Relations:
- Represent Ashlen Staffing Solutions positively in interactions with the medical community, clients, and the public.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic objectives, quality assurance, and service improvement plans.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficient in clinical assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Commitment to fostering teamwork and promoting quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in North Carolina with a minimum of two years supervisory and direct client care experience.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 10 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to client homes.
Exposure Risk: Position involves potential exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens.
