Division Support Administrator
Nucor is North America's largest recycler and most diversified steel and steel products company. Basic Job Functions: Nucor Steel Lexington is in search of a Division Support Administrator to perform administrative support across multiple essential functions within the Division. This role supports daily operations in areas such as Human Resources, event coordination, and front desk responsibilities. According to Nucor Policy, applicants cannot have an immediate relative working at Nucor Steel Lexington. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or state equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or company functions.Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior payroll or recruiting experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-department environment.
- Experience managing confidential employee records.
