We’re seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer Level 1 who is passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. In this hybrid role, you’ll work both remotely and onsite with clients to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues while contributing to an outstanding support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support using ConnectWise RMM.
- Thoroughly documenting client’s IT infrastructure in our documentation system.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, networks, applications, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the ConnectWise ticketing system.
- Collaborate daily with customers, network providers, and vendors; open and follow up on tickets with internal and external teams.
- Resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 technicians.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (ping testing, IP configuration, network topology).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Administer Azure Entra ID and related cloud services.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills (required).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with MSP tools and workflows (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus and we’ll reimburse pre-approved certification costs!
- Must have clean driving record and be comfortable with occasional travel for onsite client work.

Starting salary: $40,000 annually
Type: Hybrid – Partial WFH with occasional on-site client visits
