Business Development Manager
We are seeking a high energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to join a growing and well-established collections company in the greater Charlotte Metro area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and has a proven ability to generate revenue, build lasting client relationships, and close strategic business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of industry contacts, a consultative sales approach, and a strong track record of exceeding performance goals.
Business Development Manager Office Location: Concord, NC 28025 Base Salary: $75,000–$95,000/yr. Commission Structure10% commission on all new client revenue generated during the client’s first year
5% commission on client revenue generated after the first year

Responsibilities
• Promote the value, features, and benefits of our collection services to prospective clients.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Utilize existing professional relationships and industry connections to generate immediate revenue opportunities.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term client partnerships while identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
• Partner closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding experience and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, track activity metrics, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
• Demonstrate a history of sales success through measurable KPIs, revenue growth, and achievement of performance goals.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities in a results-oriented environment.
• Strong networking abilities with a talent for developing and maintaining professional relationships.
