Schedule

• 15–25 hours per week
• Evening shifts required
• Saturday availability required

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Spa & Marketing Assistant . This role supports daily spa operations while also helping grow our brand through content creation and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Spa Attendant Duties

• Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa
• Restock supplies and manage laundry
• Assist with creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere
• Support staff with daily operational needs

Marketing Assistant Duties

• Capture photos and videos for Instagram and TikTok
• Assist in creating content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
• Design simple marketing materials using Canva
• Support weekly promotions and campaigns
• Help increase engagement and brand visibility

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
• Basic Canva or content creation skills preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in wellness, health, and self-care
