Regional Sales Engagement Specialist
Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We drive growth by improving efficiency, productivity, and scalability—allowing clients to focus on what matters most. We are looking for regional sales engagement specialists to join our growing sales team to build new client relationships through face-to-face engagement. You’ll be responsible for prospecting within an assigned region, meeting with business owners and decision-makers, and presenting Virtualite’s service solutions in person. In This Role: • Prospect and generate new business within your local region
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and consultations with potential clients
• Identify operational challenges and recommend customized service solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Track activity, leads, and deal progress in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions
We are looking for: • Experience in outside or regional sales is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting and relationship building
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
