Lead Call Center Agent

Do people call in asking for a manager, but you’re the one who actually turns things around? If that sounds like you, I’d love to chat about a Contact Center Help Desk Representative role. This position is the next level up from standard contact center work—you’re the one handling the tough, escalated calls, owning complex issues, and making sure they’re fully resolved (not just passed along). What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a call center or customer service role.
• Experience handling escalated or supervisory-level calls is a big plus.
• Exceptional communication skills – on the phone and in writing.
• Someone who can proof and edit their own written responses with no spelling or grammar errors.
• Comfortable working with all kinds of personalities and staying calm, clear, and professional.
• Leadership experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking escalated calls from agents and customers and seeing them through to resolution.

• Handling unscripted, real-world issues and flagging them to the right resource team when needed.

• Keeping an escalations log so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Helping with regular inbound calls during slower periods.
