Business Management Associate Senior
A Business Management Associate Senior is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Winston-Salem, NC area. This role is responsible for high-fidelity data management, SAP administration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless billing and delivery for aircraft seating programs. location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina

salary: $25 - 39 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Manages financial sales order management and administration for commercial aircraft seating programs.
- Partners with cross-functional teams (Finance, Program Management, Operations) to align order execution with program goals.
- Executes sales order setup, including customer address file creation and credit block releases within SAP.
- Proactively manages delivery and billing blocks to prevent shipment delays using Genie tools.
- Processes new sales orders and change requests while maintaining and reconciling invoices.
- Facilitates weekly and monthly quality assurance reporting to ensure sales order backlog accuracy.
- Identifies, escalates, and resolves data inconsistencies to ensure high data fidelity.
- Develops documentation for new software modules and supports user testing for system updates.
- Manages WIN Shuttle requests and responds to stakeholder inquiries via shared group inboxes.
- Leads procedural updates, monitors process adherence, and provides training on new workflows.
- Skilled in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and highest standards of quality.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
