Network Project Manager - Remote

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee key client projects in computer network implementations. This role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful project completion. You will coordinate efforts across teams, set clear deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. Regular communication with clients will be essential to ensure deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines. This position is remote/field-based and reports directly to the Director of Business Operations and Project Management. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility, allowing for both in-person collaboration and remote work. Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, schedules, and expectations.
Lead the implementation of projects, ensuring high-quality standards and due diligence are maintained, preventing network issues or rework.
Delegate tasks to team members based on their expertise and monitor task progress.
Serve as the main point of contact for teams when working on the same project, ensuring synergy and alignment.
Track and report project status, generating management reports and coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
Perform quality checks throughout the project to ensure all work meets established standards.
Adjust project timelines and targets as needed, based on changes in scope or budget.
Resolve billing discrepancies and handle complex billing scenarios in coordination with accounting teams.
Ensure all billing complies with contract terms and client requirements, and submit monthly progress billings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Management, or a related field, or at least seven years of relevant experience.
A minimum of five years of customer-facing experience as a project manager in IT, with a preference for experience in hospitality.
At least three years of hands-on experience with Aruba and Ruckus networks.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Experience with AIA Billing is preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong discipline in change control, budget management, and on-time project delivery.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid understanding of data networks, Wi-Fi, and voice applications.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and provide technical support to both internal teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
