Machine Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay: $19.00/hour
Type: Full-time • On-site interview required
Overview
We’re seeking a reliable Machine Operator to run and monitor production equipment, keep operations flowing, and deliver consistent quality.
Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to meet safety, quality, and output targets
Coordinate daily activities with leads/supervisors and support smooth changeovers
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment and process issues promptly
Load/unload raw materials and finished goods; stage materials as needed
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and keep accurate logs/reads
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce scrap
Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all PPE/safety policies
Qualifications
1+ year (recent) experience in plant operations/manufacturing or related field (required)
Familiarity with plant tools/equipment and basic mechanical aptitude
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
Physically able to stand for long periods and handle a physical workload
Compensation & Schedule
$19.00/hour ; standard schedule Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime may be available based on production needs
