**Kelly** **®** Professional & Industrial is hiring Utility Workers/ Binders for a manufacturing company in High Point, NC.
**Shifts:**
+ 1st shift
+ 6am -6pm
+ Monday - Thursday
**Payrate:**
+ $18.50/hr
+ Paid every Friday
+ Temp - to hire opportunity
**_Duties_**
+ Stacks finished goods onto pallets by hand or with cranes, palletizes with cardboard corners and plastic strapping/banding, and stretch wraps completed pallet
+ Moves production material, equipment, and supplies in and around the plant using various material handling equipment.
+ Transfers waste from hopper into baler. Secures with wire, empties baler, and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
+ Transfers waste from hopper into dumpsters.
+ Supports laminator operators by changing doctor blades, changing rubber/knurl/idler rolls, changing print cylinders, grinding rubber rolls, and mixing adhesive and lacquer coatings to established recipes.
+ Cut cable wrap cores to required size as needed with miter saw or core cutter to support quick changeovers.
+ Takes initiative during downtime by helping other team members with their duties.
+ Follows 5S principles ensuring area is routinely cleaned, and maintained free of waste, with all tools and equipment stored in their designated locations.
**Requirements:**
+ 6 months min of manufacturing experience
+ Stand , walk, bend and lift up to 50+ constantly
+ Forklift experience a plus
+ Steel toe shoes required
