What you’ll actually be doing:

You’ll work directly with customers in event environments and small to medium sized businesses representing nationally recognized brands in the fintech and banking space like Chime, Sofi, and many more!

That means:

  • talking to people face-to-face
  • helping customers understand promotions/services
  • building relationships
  • learning sales and communication skills in real time
  • working alongside a team instead of being stuck alone behind a screen

Our goal is to build a high-performance team that knows how to communicate face-to-face, create real customer relationships, and grow both professionally and personally in the process.

No experience is required. We train heavily because we care more about mindset, work ethic, and attitude than a perfect resume.

Most entry-level team members earn between $650-1200/week after training, with top performers earning more as they take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
