Family Law Paralegal - Burlington County, NJ
Our client is searching for an experienced Family Law Paralegal in Burlington County.
Responsibilities Include:
• Facilitate a positive client experience and support clients through difficult emotional
times.
• Provide ongoing support to clients including after legal issues have been resolved.
• Assist attorneys by preparing legal documents (letters, briefs, pleadings,
interrogatories, subpoenas, and affidavits).
• File all court documents and maintain files for easy access.
• Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, coordinating client meetings, filing motions, and
managing witness coordination.
• Act as a professional liaison between clients, opposing counsel, and court staff. • Manage attorneys' calendars
YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
• Education/Experience: 2-3 years of NJ Family Law paralegal experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and respond to
inquiries.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Teams, SharePoint, and other
relevant software. Experience with CIS software is a plus. Bilingual abilities, especially
fluency in Spanish, are preferred but not required.
• Certificates: Paralegal Certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
