Sales Account Manager

Location: Concord, NC 28025

Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000/yr. + commission

Seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join a growing third-party medical collections company in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate brings an established network of industry contacts, a consultative sales approach, and a strong track record of exceeding sales performance goals.

Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Utilize existing professional relationships and industry connections to generate immediate revenue opportunities.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term client partnerships while identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
• Partner closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding experience and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, track activity metrics, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
• Demonstrate a history of sales success through measurable KPIs, revenue growth, and achievement of performance goals.

Qualifications
• 5 years of prior work experience in territory sales, external account management.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, multi-tasking and organized.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships.
