The Operations Specialist role is a hands-on, field-based position responsible for ensuring that vehicles meet company quality standards and are properly maintained, documented, and prepared for customer use. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working outdoors, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks using digital tools and mobile applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support vehicle readiness, inventory management, quality control, and customer delivery processes. This position is essential in maintaining fleet accuracy and ensuring customers receive clean, safe, and well-documented vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles inside and out according to company quality standards
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify damage, condition, and readiness using mobile technology
• Capture high-quality vehicle images for online listings and customer viewing
• Complete detailed checklists for vehicle readiness, returns, and inspections
• Conduct inventory scans and assist with fleet reconciliation processes
• Organize and manage vehicle parking areas, ensuring proper labeling and placement
• Support vehicle delivery and return operations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company facilities
• Communicate updates and task information through company-provided smart devices
• Participate in special operational projects and support evolving business needs
• Assist in resolving vehicle-related issues to ensure timely customer delivery

Candidate Profile:

• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Comfortable using mobile devices and operational software tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
