Overview:

At the Stateview Hotel, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for every guest—from the moment they check in to the last bite of breakfast. Our culinary team plays a key role in delivering fresh, flavorful meals that set the tone for the day. We are seeking a dedicated AM Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Position Overview:
The AM Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch menu items according to hotel standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the early hours, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in serving delicious, well-presented food.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast and lunch service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards.

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and support smooth kitchen operations.

• Assist with prep work and inventory as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.

• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Morning shifts starting as early as 5:00am

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
