Diviniti Salon & Spa in Matthews/Stallings, NC (20 minutes from Charlotte) is growing and looking for hair stylists who want to stay busy and make real money.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license in the state of North Carolina.
• Proven experience as a hair stylist or cosmetologist.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is a plus.
