About the Role
As our Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations of our busy service department — leading a talented team of 11 technicians, 4 service advisors, and a loaner vehicle fleet . We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can motivate their team, drive efficiency, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all service department operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

• Lead, mentor, and develop technicians and advisors to achieve performance goals.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent service experience.

• Oversee scheduling, parts coordination, and loaner vehicle management.

• Monitor department financials, productivity, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager (automotive dealership preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Working knowledge of service department software and automotive systems.

• Proven ability to manage team performance and achieve departmental goals.
