Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Scale: $55 to 62.00/hr.
Job Description:
- This position will assist with the volume of contracts in the IT Software, Labor, Hardware, or Telecom space. Successfully lead, execute, and manage sourcing category initiatives and activities.
- Prior experience working closely with external suppliers/partners, including negotiations, RFI and RFP development, contract negotiations, and contract development.
- Experience with standardizing specifications; rationalizing the supply base, reducing consumption, and lowering the total cost of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing efforts with competing deadlines.
- Experience leading formal requirement reviews to gather business requirements and develop appropriate supplier-specific sourcing strategies.
