Seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and support our service team.

Front Desk Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians and IT engineers.
• Communicate service updates and status information to customers.
• Monitor service tickets and coordinate daily technician schedules.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties.
• Maintain a professional front office environment.

Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Stable employment record with longevity in prior roles
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office software.
