Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Inspect garments and accurately identify special customer requests
• Enter and manage orders using our computer system
• Assist customers with drop-offs, pickups, payments, and inquiries
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are completed correctly
• Resolve customer concerns and help find solutions when issues arise
• Educate customers about our free Pickup & Delivery service options
• Maintain an organized and efficient front counter, especially during busy periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and using new technology and computer systems
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
