Signature Rehab is dedicated to providing top rehab care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, as well as other individuals on an outpatient basis. 

 

Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program. 

 

We are currently recruiting a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program. Powered by Signature Rehab!  Come join the Rehab team and be a part of a new restorative program! 

How you Will make a Difference:

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building. 
• Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation. 

What you Need to make a Difference:

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure. 
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred. 
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.
