Wastewater Engineer-Department Manager

WASTEWATER ENGINEERING MANAGER
What You’ll Do
- Lead planning, design, and optimization of municipal & industrial wastewater facilities
- Manage technical scope, budgets, and schedules for complex projects
- Conduct process modeling, mass balance, and hydraulic analyses
- Develop process flow and instrumentation diagrams (PFDs, P&IDs)
- Specify and select treatment technologies (activated sludge, MBR, filtration, etc.)
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to ensure top-quality results
- Support permitting, construction, and commissioning activities
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years’ wastewater process engineering experience (consulting preferred)
- P.E. license required; Master’s or BCEE a plus
