Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a Print Production Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role that covers a mix of large format, small format, and finishing work. The right candidate will be flexible and willing to jump in where needed — from running printers to prepping files, trimming graphics, or helping with installation prep.

The ideal person is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment where every day can look a little different.

In this role you will:

• Operate digital printers (large format HP/Canon and small format equipment).
• Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and registration throughout production runs.
• Prepare and proof print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Handle finishing tasks such as cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging.
• Prep vinyl graphics (weeding, masking, mounting) and assist with application/installation prep for wraps and decals.
• Communicate with team members and customers to resolve file or production issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in print production, large format printing, or wide format construction drawing printing preferred.
• Familiarity with digital file formats, color theory, and print workflows (CMYK, RGB, Pantone).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software (Onyx, Fiery) a plus.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong eye for detail, organization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and stay on track in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with vinyl installation, vehicle wraps, or sign fabrication.
