Inventory and Returns Operations Coordinator

Step Into a Day in Operations

Your workday runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You’ll start by pulling essential reports, updating customer records, and lining up the day’s priorities. As the go-to administrative partner for our branch operations, you keep processes tight, documentation accurate, and compliance on track.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out routine and cycle inventory procedures to keep counts precise.
• Review return authorizations and credit memo requests awaiting material return.
• Inspect returned materials and stage them for final disposition.
• Verify inventory items meet Wesco standards and specifications.
• Issue credit memos when appropriate and ensure records are complete.
• Maintain customer information and assist with branch compliance tasks.
• Run reports and support general administrative needs for Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1 year of operational or administrative experience (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service and internal sales experience (preferred).

Compensation

$19.13 - $22.96 Per Hour
