We're looking for an Equipment Coordinator who takes full ownership of getting the job done right. This role demands precision, accountability, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be the key link between our customers, drivers, and operations team ensuring our rental fleet gets where it needs to go, on time and ready to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the schedule , dispatch equipment and drivers with clarity, accuracy, and urgency

• Communicate directly with customers to confirm deliveries, returns, and expectations

• Manage daily routing and logistics to maximize equipment uptime and driver efficiency

• Keep real-time track of rental fleet availability, service needs, and turnaround timelines

• Take initiative to solve conflicts, delays, or service issues before they impact the customer

• Collaborate with service, operations, and sales to align on customer needs and readiness

• Monitor and document equipment usage, returns, and condition; escalate issues as needed

• Ensure every handoff, whether to a driver or customer is clear, complete, and on target

• Look ahead and plan proactively to avoid last-minute problems and missed commitments

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, rental coordination, or fleet operations

• A mindset of extreme ownership , you don’t wait for someone else to fix it, you lead

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Basic familiarity with rental management software (we’ll train you)

• A team player who takes pride in getting it right the first time

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in industrial equipment rental or construction dispatch

• Familiarity with sweepers, scrubbers, or related machinery
