Lean Machining Industrialization Engineer — Automotive Driveline

What you will do
- Design and refine production systems, fixtures, and CNC programs for robust capability
- Establish FTF measurement practices and develop complete PPAP documentation
- Influence product design for manufacturability and cost efficiency
- Conduct inspections, lead structured problem solving, and drive engineering improvements
- Leverage data to optimize cycle times, reduce waste, and stabilize processes
- Manage small-scale projects end-to-end, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Share best practices and promote continuous learning across the team
What you bring
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5–6 years in manufacturing/process engineering
- Experience in design, development, and specification of processes/equipment
- Track record in project scheduling, cost control, and budgeting
Nice to have
- CNC machining process expertise
- Lean/continuous improvement and change management experience
- Data analytics and process optimization
- Supplier/subcontractor coordination
