Account Manager
SeedSpark is seeking an Account Manager to support client relationships and help ensure long-term satisfaction across an assigned portfolio of SparkNav clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong client engagement, monitoring account health, coordinating service delivery, and helping clients realize ongoing value from their partnership with SeedSpark.
The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner while supporting retention and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes.
This position combines client relationship management, operational coordination, and proactive client engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day relationship contact for an assigned portfolio of SparkNav clients, supporting strong engagement and client satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with clients and respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor account health indicators and identify potential risks, concerns, or opportunities within client accounts
- Support client retention efforts through proactive communication and follow-up
- Participate in client reviews such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Client Reviews (MCRs)
- Prepare reports, insights, and documentation to support client meetings and ongoing communications
- Coordinate with internal support, consulting, and implementation teams to ensure client needs are addressed effectively
- Track action items and ensure follow-through on client commitments and internal initiatives
- Communicate client feedback and account insights to internal teams and leadership
- Identify potential opportunities to improve client outcomes or expand services within existing accounts
- Assist with solution scoping and proposal preparation when expansion opportunities arise
- Maintain accurate account documentation and activity tracking within company CRM and PSA systems
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing, account coordination, customer success, or service delivery role
- Experience supporting or managing client relationships in a professional services, technology, or managed services environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present information to clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, assess risk, and escalate appropriately when needed
- Experience working with CRM, PSA, or similar account management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as required
