HR Manager
Kforce has a client in Burlington, WI that is seeking an HR Manager. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including the facilitating of hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures
- Manage employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries
- Weekly / Monthly reporting on various HR/Payroll/Recruiting dashboards
- Oversees the payroll function, including benefit set up with various providers
- Leadership + Management = Accountability (LMA)
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Benefit execution

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related HR business field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- HR knowledge across various industries
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- The ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
