Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Commercial Process
• Participates in Deal Review process and schedules these meetings as required.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing and Field Operations Departments on cost estimates.
• Tracks opportunities and proposals in the Monday CRM system
• Provides dashboard metrics to include Win/Loss rate, Hit rate, “as sold” gross margin, and VOP
• Costing/Pricing
• Collaborate with Client Relations by gathering renders, construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Collaborates with Purchasing Manager to ensure all BOMs are up to date.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing/Field Ops/Purchasing Manager to add BOMs when necessary.
• Submits Costs / Estimates for Review and Approval of Commercial Operations Manager
• Owns the Cost tools for the business.
• Ensure cost rates and updates are incorporated in the latest version of the tools.
• Works with Track pricing and maintain/update List Pricing

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. word, excel, etc.)
• Time management and problem-solving skills…create solutions for the customer.
• Accumulate, evaluate, and document historical cost data.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to implement new ideas.

Education and Work Experience:

• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years industry and leadership experience preferred.
• Estimating Experience 5+ years preferred.

Expected Hours of Work/Travel: This is a full-time position in the Winston Salem office during regular business hours. Days and hours of work are dictated by the nature of the scope of work which can include long hours and weekend work.
