Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide nursing services in a facility in Lenoir County, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will support adolescent health and wellness in a structured environment and must be comfortable working independently with direct care staff during part of the shift.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing.
• Ability to work independently as the only nurse on-site during part of the shift.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth equipment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must attend orientation Oct. 7–8 (9am–5pm) & the remainder of that week (7am–3:30pm), either in person or online with camera on.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice under RN/physician direction.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
• Observe, report, and document changes in patient health status.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with direct care staff to support continuity of care.
• Assist with telehealth services and virtual consultations.
• Support health, safety, and wellness in a secure environment.
• Complete facility orientation and ongoing required training.
