We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Procurement and Compliance to join our growing team. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and handle a wide range of responsibilities.

This position will interact with other departments, vendors, suppliers, and insurance brokers on a daily basis; therefore, we offer a great work/life balance and a competitive compensation package including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K match.

Position Responsibilities:

• · Manage various recruiting sites, Facilities Exchange and outlook on a daily basis.

  · Building and managing relationships with vendors. Will handle new vendor set up. Ensure subcontractor compliance to agreement terms and conditions, company policies, and standards on a continuous basis.

  · Will supply information to a new vendor showing the potential volume of work based on their trade and where they are geographically.

  · Communicates with vendor base on any new roll outs about to arise.

  · Analyze and prepare detailed reports. Review vendor agreements, will reconcile any discrepancies, identify issues and find a solution.

  · Professionally manages all vendor escalations in accordance with Company expectations.

  · Coaches and trains team members the importance of building both new and existing vendor relationships.

  · Responsible for vendor profile maintenance. Ensures all rates are uploaded in Facilities Exchange.

  · Will assist team with pro-active recruiting and request/entering compliancy documents as needed in order for department to run at an efficient level.

  · Ensures Team Leads are sent daily progress on any new vendors or updates on existing vendors.
