Direct Hire, Account Associate
In-Person position in Holly Springs, NC
Hours: M-TH 7:30 – 4:30 with flexibility of Friday being 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
$22 - $24/hr.
Overview
The Account Associate duties include creating drawings using industry specific graphics software, creating estimates, and entering orders based on established procedures, existing bids or custom quotes, selections, purchase orders, diagrams, and drawings. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with superior computer and communication skills and an aptitude to learn new concepts quickly.
Responsibilities
- Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Review and verify customer selections, purchase orders, and diagrams.
- Create and enter work orders with 100% accuracy.
- Create drawings utilizing industry specific graphics software.
- Prepare correspondence and create estimates and quotes.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and customers.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and high quality of work each day.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science.
- Experience (2 years) in an administrative position using Outlook to preparing correspondence.
- Experience (2 years) in an administrative position using Excel to creating customer quotes.
- Experience using AutoCAD or similar type graphics software is a plus, but not required.
