Responsibilities
- Assemble and test components to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve production issues.
- Document assembly processes and maintain detailed records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant experience accepted.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to producing flawless work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
