In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll partner with project teams and functional leaders to deliver and optimize Trusted Process activities across the drug development lifecycle.
Facilitate with purpose: Lead key Trusted Process activities and meetings that align cross-functional teams, promote strategic clarity, and drive results.
Build trust: Create environments that foster open dialogue, mutual respect, and productive conflict resolution.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, or equivalent experience
1-2+ years in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments is preferred, but not required
Experience facilitating or leading cross-functional meetings a plus
Proven excellence in communication and public speaking, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Confidently manage complex, sensitive, or challenging conversations with professionalism
Demonstrated ability to balance structure and adaptability in process-driven environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven ability to adopt new technologies quickly
Strong emotional intelligence and comfort working with ambiguity and change
Professional presence and experience interacting across all organizational levels
Eager to travel and connect with teams in person (up to 50%)

Salary Range:
$47,000.00 - $79,900.00The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
