Your impact

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration equipment and controls.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Promote a safe workplace and collaborate with teammates.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; use ladders, fall protection; follow Lockout/Tagout.
• Stay current on evolving refrigeration technologies and industry standards.
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must-haves

• Six (6) months minimum documented mechanic experience OR student/graduate of an industrial maintenance/refrigeration program.
• Ammonia refrigeration, refrigeration, or HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Rehire eligibility at this facility only after 90 days away and fewer than three prior employments.
• 18+ years old with valid identification.
• Proficient with basic hand tools; able to read and follow assignments.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.; climbing stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet; standing for long periods; working in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
