As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician who wants to be part of building something special.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and enjoys helping develop less experienced technicians.

The ideal candidate is dependable, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting a positive team culture. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue growing our service department.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Explain repair options clearly and honestly to homeowners.
• Recommend repairs and system replacements when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate job documentation using our software.
• Mentor and support junior technicians when needed.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving and criminal record.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioning systems.
• Standard technician tools.
• Ability to lift 100lbs. and climb ladders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience selling maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan.
