Warehouse Coordinator

As a unique and growing family-owned flooring retailer, CSM Flooring is on the lookout for a talented warehouse associate to join our team at our Wilmington, NC location.

This is an essential role for the company’s logistics and must be filled by an energetic, self-driven, and detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate must have prior experience with inventory management. Duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, managing and maintaining the warehouse and all inventory, forecasting usage and supply requirements.

We’ll love that you:

• Have a background in flooring or logistics (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with electronic inventory management software programs
• Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Can think ahead with excellent organizational and time-management skills, along with a thorough attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and experience using Google suite of products, including Google Docs and Sheets to coordinate across multiple projects
• Forklift Operation Certification preferred
• Take intiative and are eager to learn and grow!
• Some Spanish-speaking is a definite plus!
• A valid driver's license is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversight of logistics for our warehouse, including receiving materials and managing inventory
• Assist with loading and deliveries
• Responsible for the organization of the warehouse and overall upkeep
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.

Starting pay is $35k to $40k annually, depending on experience, with opportunity for advancement in this role.

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
