Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact in a dynamic educational setting supporting students across a range of grade levels and needs. This contract opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, to June 10, 2027, and provides the chance to collaborate with private schools, serving pre-K through 12th-grade students. Paraprofessionals will work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, contributing directly to the success and daily growth of young learners.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience within school environments as a paraprofessional or similar role
• Skilled in assisting students with mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Comfortable supporting young children, including providing toileting assistance when necessary
• Adaptable to working with a diverse student caseload across a range of ages
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, caring demeanor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in supporting instruction and implementing individualized plans
• Provide direct one-on-one or small-group support to students to encourage engagement and academic success
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all students
• Offer behavioral support strategies as needed throughout the school day
• Help with routine care tasks for small children, including toileting, with professionalism and respect
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and daily activities
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere with educators and staff across multiple private schools
